PLANNING

  • All of our wedding packages include coordination on the day of your wedding and some advice and assistance as you plan and prepare. Jenni of Anomaly Weddings is our go-to planner, who provides this extra pair of experienced hands. When you book with us, you will be invited for a chat with Jenni to help set you off in the right direction. If you want more help throughout your planning, or perhaps just an extra hand in the final couple of weeks, she is always happy to help!

  • Katie of Best Day Ever provides event planning, styling and décor hire for weddings, parties and shoots. She’s also a qualified celebrant. Some of her gorgeous layouts can be seen in our venue photos

CATERERS

  • The Royal George is an award winning family run waterside restaurant in Appledore village, just along the road. Their creative menus are based on fresh, local produce, and their events team and executive chef will design a fully bespoke menu with every couple to meet their tastes and preferences. Their bar and front of house team can run everything from evening before family meals and rehearsal dinners, through welcome drinks with designer canapes, formal wedding breakfasts, full bar services and evening food (including their vintage burger van) through casual catering for the next day brunch or lunch.

  • Donna and Simon Henry of Chef Duet their own kitchen as well as event and linen hire services right here in Bideford, offering chef prepared menus for every taste, from casual and buffet style through to formal sit down menus, with options to hire furniture and décor items to create your own style.

  • Chef Tommy offers professional catering and bespoke menu design, from buffets to fine dining. Choices limited only by your imagination. Private dining and delivery services too.

  • North Devon Hog Roast is a family business, serving up slow roast pork from animals they raise on their own local farm. A tasty and cost-effective way to feed large numbers of hungry guests. Always a popular option.

  • Graze & S’more produce food works of art, beautiful and tasty grazing tables and boxes.
