The More The Merrier

Although our apartments have either one or two bedrooms apiece, it is very easy to combine them to cater for multiple or extended families, or several families travelling together. With extra cots, child beds, daybeds or sofa beds available too, we are well placed to cater for larger families or groups. We have combinations that work for multigenerational families, several families travelling together, friend groups, hens and stags, retreats or more formal corporate off-sites or residential teambuilding.

We can currently accommodate groups of up to 24 guests in up to 9 bedrooms. Smaller groups need only pay for the number of rooms required.

Prices* start at just £25 per person per night for a low season week-long stay, up to £75 per person per night for peak season short stays.

*Includes VAT, based on double occupancy - additional cots/toddler beds possible. Single occupancy would increase the rate.

& Enjoy Space

Our suites are all arranged around a central courtyard, so by opening up the various lobbies and adjacent corridors, guests can be as open plan or as separate as they desire. Ideal for groups with different routines or budgets.

Our Kingsley suite is the ideal hub for a group stay, with its huge open plan kitchen-diner-lounge (built in the servants’ hall from Victorian times) opening onto both the central courtyard and southern BBQ deck. Dinner for 20 inside or outside is certainly possible.

Our rooms are extremely spacious, with space for additional cots or toddler or z-bed to increase flexibility or for additional children. The ground floor is pet friendly (no pets on first floor) and with level access throughout the ground floor it is all wheelchair accessible, with the master suite of Kingsley offering a wheelchair accessible bathroom too.

We offer concierge services to help you make the most of your stay - whether you’re looking for help booking outdoor activities, local excursions or days out, or wishing to plan a special family occasion, with a party or dinner, or even a small wedding. We offer function room hire, private dining options, afternoon teas and food deliveries (groceries, hampers or ready to heat chef-prepared meals). We have meeting rooms for corporate events or workshops, space for retreats and lots of contacts for local services - whether it’s a massage, mobile spa, cocktail mixologist, craft workshop or teambuilding experience.

Guests can enjoy access to our indoor playroom (softplay, trampoline and play house for little ones to table-tennis, table footy and air hockey for the bigger ‘kids’), private grounds and gardens with campfire circle, gazebo, secret garden outdoor party space, croquet and play space. We also offer a cellar full of bikes, boards, and beach kit to borrow, so for a short stay you don’t need to pack the earth to enjoy the local area to the full.
